Guide for Paying Tuition for Studying Abroad

Operating Steps:

01 Payment preparation

1. Confirm whether the university supports the payment of tuition fees by telegraphic transfer (Panda Remit).
2. Keep the pictures of the payment certificate documents (such as the admission notice or payment notice) in the mobile phone in advance.
3. Confirm the collection account information (such as collection account number, collection name, SWIFT Code, etc.).
4. Confirm the payment deadline, and arrange the payment at least one week in advance.

02 Choose the school

1. Click the "Start to Pay" button on the home page, choose the country, and choose the school in the list.
2. Panda Remit is only open to some schools in HKG, Singapore, Australia, UK and Europe. If your school is not in the list, please contact customer service. we will open it as soon as possible.
   

03 Choose or add a college account

1. Select the existing account and check whether the official payment account of the school is consistent with the displayed account. If consistent, click "Confirm Account".
2. If the payment account displayed is inconsistent with the official payment account, please add a new payment account according to the prompts on the page. To add an account, valid materials should be provided as certificate, which should include the name of the school and the school collection account and other information.

04 Provide payment certificate

According to the page requirements to provide the certificate, we will examine and verify the information you upload. If the payment amount is more than ￥30 thousand, you should also provide pictures of the passport page and the student visa page.

05 Enter the payment amount

Enter the payment amount required by the school, and confirm the expected total payment amount.(This service does not require an individual foreign exchange limit of US $50,000)

06 Confirm payment information

1. Please fill in student information according to payment notice email in reference for beneficiary(RFB); if the school has no clear requirements, it is recommended to fill in the pinyin of student name, birthday and student card number (or payment reference number). The postscript information is the certificate of the school to check the account. Please be sure to fill it in accurately to ensure that the tuition fee is paid successfully.
2. Please confirm your relationship with the students, and choose the type and purpose of remittance.
3. Click "Pay Now" to enter the selection of payment method

07 Confirm the information, and complete payment

Choose the payment method you need, and use the debit card that opened the account in KinCheng Bank to pay.

After the payment is completed, we will enter the order review stage. We will complete the review within three hours on working days at the soonest, and the review results will be notified by Panda Remit app. Please pay attention.
