Guide for Order Status after Paying Tuition

After payment, your order will experience the following status:

Order Review

After the successful payment, the order will enter the stage of material review.
The review result will be fed back within 1 working day, and the review result of non-working days will be fed back on the next working day.

• If approved: The order is transferred to the banks for processing
• If not approved: Full refund, and you need to resubmit the order as prompted

Bank Processing

Cross-border funds is generally completed within 1-3 working days.

Tuition Remittance

Under normal circumstances, the funds will arrive at the bank account of the school within 1-3 working days, but the actual entry time of the tuition fee shall be subject to the notice of the school.

Some schools may require students to send relevant certificate after the remittance of the payment funds. If you need remittance certificate, please contact customer service.

Pay attention to the tuition arrival status

You can check the tuition arrival status within 3-5 working days after payment is completed.

Generally speaking, you can check whether the tuition is in the account within 3-5 working days after tuition is paid. It is suggested that you should confirm the account situation with the school during this period of time.
